Marja Gockel-Gieskes specialises in administrative law, environmental law, contract law and property law. Her focus is particularly on the small print in contracts – a.k.a. the general terms and conditions. Marja represents clients who are confronted with government decisions.
She sometimes tries to bring about specific projects for clients together with a government body. If a client does not agree to a government decision, Marja will assist her clients in objection and appeal proceedings.
